co999 Terms & Conditions — The Complete User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "co999" / "Platform" — The online gaming platform operated at co999.org, including all casino, sportsbook, live dealer, slot, and related gaming services.
• "Player" / "You" — Any natural person who has registered or seeks to register an account with co999, or who otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" — The individual account held by a Player on the co999 Platform, containing the Player's balance, transaction history, bonus wallet, and personal information.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's co999 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded by co999 under a promotional offer, subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity verification process co999 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership, including CNIC verification.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — A stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the co999 Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total wager value a Player must reach before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" — All gaming, wagering, payment, support, and ancillary services provided by co999 through the Platform.

2.1   By creating a co999 Account or by accessing or using any portion of the co999 Platform — whether or not you have registered — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply from time to time.

2.2   These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and co999. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not authorised to use the Platform and must immediately cease access.

2.3   co999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. co999 will endeavour to notify Players of material changes by email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

2.4   These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English language version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

3.1   To be eligible to register and use the co999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from co999 or been subject to permanent account closure by co999 for any reason;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a co999 employee, in which case special restrictions may apply;
• You are acting with funds that are lawfully obtained and belong to you personally.

3.2   co999 makes no representation that the use of its Services is legal in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of co999 complies with the laws applicable in their own location. co999 accepts no liability for any consequence arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

3.3   co999 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend, restrict, or close any Account where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements are not met.

4.1   Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the co999 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

4.2   You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. co999 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify co999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4   co999 will never ask you for your password. Any communication purporting to be from co999 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to co999 support immediately at [email protected].

4.5   co999 reserves the right to require a Player to change their username if, in co999's sole opinion, the chosen username is offensive, misleading, impersonates another person, or is otherwise inappropriate.

4.6   Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. Any such transfer, or any attempt at such transfer, will render the relevant Account immediately void.

5.1   co999 is required by the terms of its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer or KYC — is a regulatory obligation and not an optional step.

5.2   co999 will require, as a minimum, the following documentation before processing any withdrawal request:

• A clear copy of the Player's valid Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), showing both the front and reverse sides;
• Evidence of the payment method used for deposits, which may include a screenshot of a JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account statement showing the Player's name and account number;
• Additional documentation as co999 may reasonably require, including but not limited to a selfie with the CNIC or a utility bill for address verification.

5.3   co999 may request KYC documentation at any time, not only prior to withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of the Player's Account until verification is completed.

5.4   All identity documents submitted to co999 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are stored securely in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

5.5   Where co999's verification process confirms that an Account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, the Account will be closed immediately. Any balance remaining in the Account after the deduction of any bonuses or promotional credits received will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, net of any transaction costs incurred.

6.1   co999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. Available methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

6.2   All deposits and withdrawals must be transacted from and to accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. co999 strictly prohibits third-party payments in either direction. co999 will return any deposit identified as originating from a third party to its source and may suspend the receiving Account pending investigation.

6.3   co999 does not charge Platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Players are advised that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside co999's control.

6.4   Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the qualifying deposit. co999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in particular where the Player has not previously completed KYC or where the withdrawal amount or pattern triggers co999's internal anti-money laundering procedures.

6.5   co999 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) the Player's Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; (c) co999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) any other circumstances arise that, in co999's reasonable opinion, justify such action.

6.6   Player funds are held in segregated accounts separate from co999's operational funds. This ensures that Player balances remain protected and accessible regardless of co999's financial position.

7.1   co999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. Each individual offer is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry dates, which will be stated at the time the offer is presented to the Player.

7.2   General bonus principles that apply to all co999 promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Wallet and are distinct from Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full;
• If a Player attempts to withdraw Real Money Balance before completing a wagering requirement attached to an active bonus, co999 reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and any associated winnings;
• Free spins winnings are generally subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonuses are offered for personal use only and may not be transferred between Accounts;
• co999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time where fraud, abuse, or technical error is identified.

7.3   co999 reserves the right, at its sole and reasonable discretion, to void any bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus where it has determined that the Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting a technical error in the Platform.

7.4   Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

8.1   All games available on the co999 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms and Conditions where applicable.

8.2   co999 sources its games exclusively from licensed and certified software providers including Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, iSoftBet, Red Tiger, and Big Time Gaming. All games are subject to independent third-party testing to verify fairness and the accuracy of published RTP (Return to Player) percentages.

8.3   In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interruption of a game, co999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. co999 is not responsible for communication failures caused by the Player's device, browser, or internet connection.

8.4   Live dealer game results, as broadcast in real time from Playtech and other live studio environments, are final and binding once the round is closed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with co999 support within 24 hours of the relevant session.

8.5   Sports betting and cricket betting markets on co999 are subject to co999's sportsbook rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. In the event of conflict between the sportsbook rules and these general Terms, the sportsbook rules shall apply to the relevant wager.

8.6   co999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, event market, or live table and reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any game or market at any time without prior notice.

9.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the co999 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or ongoing use process;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games, place bets, or circumvent Platform security;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, co999 staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting results;
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to placing bets after an outcome is known ("past-posting");
• Abusing the co999 bonus system through systematic low-risk or hedged wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk;
• Making chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against deposits made to co999;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing co999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9.2   co999 employs sophisticated fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Accounts identified as involved in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. co999 reserves the right to withhold all funds in a suspended Account for the duration of any investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, to forfeit those funds in their entirety.

10.1   co999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Players, accessible directly from account settings without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for a period of 7, 14, 30, or 90 days, during which the Account cannot be accessed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the co999 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the stated period and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

10.2   co999 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions — including spending limits or account suspension — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player's gaming behaviour indicates problem gambling, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

10.3   co999 is strictly an adults-only platform. No individual under the age of 21 may use the Services. Players who are aware of individuals under 21 accessing the Platform are encouraged to report this to co999 support immediately.

11.1   All content on the co999 Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game content, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of co999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   co999 grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any automated data collection tools including scrapers, spiders, or crawlers on the Platform.

11.3   The co999 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are the exclusive property of co999. Use of these elements for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without co999's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12.1   The co999 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, co999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.2   co999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; any interruption, delay, or error in Platform availability; any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security; or any outcome of a wager or game on the Platform.

12.3   In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, co999's total liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their co999 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4   Nothing in these Terms limits co999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13.1   co999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" notice at the top of the document.

13.2   Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially alter the rights or obligations of Players — co999 will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the registered email address of active Players, or via a prominent in-platform notice. For non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications of existing provisions), notice may not be provided and the amended version takes immediate effect upon publication.

13.3   It is the Player's responsibility to check these Terms periodically for amendments. Continued use of the co999 Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.

14.1   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which co999 holds its international gaming license. Players accept the jurisdiction of the applicable courts or dispute resolution bodies as the primary forum for resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the co999 Platform.

14.2   Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are strongly encouraged to contact co999 support at [email protected] to seek resolution through co999's internal complaints handling process. co999 is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

14.3   Where a dispute cannot be resolved through co999's internal process, Players may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by co999's gaming license regulator. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from co999 support.

14.4   Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
